Designed Around You. Built for Life.

At Bahnam Builders, custom doesn’t mean starting from a blank page with an architect on retainer. It means starting with one of our thoughtfully designed Bahnam floor plans and customizing it deeply enough that the home you end up with is unmistakably yours. Move walls. Expand rooms. Add a lanai, a den, a pool bath. Reconfigure the kitchen. Adjust the elevation. We’ve built our process around exactly this kind of significant customization.
  • Adjust floor plans, layouts, and room configurations to fit the way you'll actually live
  • Move walls, expand rooms, add bonus spaces (casita, office, den, pool bath, second primary suite)
  • Choose finishes from a wide library of countertops, cabinets, flooring, fixtures, and lighting
  • Personalize exterior elevations, lanai configurations, and outdoor spaces • Build on your existing lot, or one of ours
  • Built with the same quality construction as every Bahnam home
That’s how almost no two Bahnam homes end up looking alike, even when they started from the same floor plan. Two retirees building from the same Collins plan can finish with homes that share a footprint and almost nothing else. Different kitchens, different finishes, different room configurations, different lanai setups, different exterior elevations. Same starting line. Very different finished homes.
