Meet with our team to review your goals, financing options and anticipated project costs. We’ll help you understand what may be possible based on your budget, selected home plan and homesite requirements.

SELECT YOUR HOMESITE AND PLAN

Already own land? We’ll review your homesite and discuss how it may work with your preferred design. If you are still searching, our team can help you evaluate available properties.

Choose from our collection of home plans and explore available options that can help the design better support the way you live.

Finalize the Details

Work with our design team to select cabinetry, flooring, finishes, fixtures and other details for your home. We’ll also finalize the plans, specifications and pricing before construction begins.

When financing is involved, our team will coordinate with the lender to help support a smooth transition into construction.

CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION

Our team coordinates permitting, construction, inspections and the many details involved in bringing your home to life. You’ll receive regular communication as work progresses.

After final inspections and your homeowner orientation are complete, we’ll hand over the keys and welcome you home.
