Bahnam Builders is a family-owned business, owned and run by siblings Ava and Alan Bahnam. We started with a simple belief: the way a home gets built matters as much as the home itself. The people that build it, the choices that go into it, the time it takes to finish, all of it should reflect the people that are going to live there.
Owner & Licensed General Contractor
Alan Bahnam is the Owner and Licensed General Contractor of Bahnam Builders. Since founding the company in 2016, he’s helped families across Southwest Florida build homes that are as functional as they are personal, combining quality craftsmanship with a process designed around each client.
Before launching Bahnam Builders, Alan worked as a supervisor for a nationally recognized home builder, managing large scale residential construction from the ground up. That experience gave him a deep understanding of production building and a clear picture of what a smaller, more per sonal builder could do better.
Today, Alan guides homeowners through every step of the build, from lot selection and floor plan customization to the final key handoff. His hands on approach, transparency, and commitment to quality are what Bahnam Builders is built on.
Ava Bahnam is the Co-Owner of Bahnam Builders, where she leads client relations, business development, marketing, and day – to – day operations. Since co-founding the company alongside her brother Alan, she’s been central to building the relationships and the reputation that Bahnam Builders is known for across Southwest Florida.
Ava works closely with homeowners, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and trade partners to keep every client on a clear, smooth path from first conversation to final closing. She’s the person who keeps communication flowing, expectations aligned, and the experience feeling personal, no matter how many homes are in progress at once.
Beyond client service, Ava leads the company’s branding, community partnerships, and outreach, all with the same goal: connecting families with a builder they can trust.
