Already own a lot? Great! If not, we'll help you find a site that fits your vision and budget. Then choose from our collection of floor plans, or work with us to create the perfect home for you.
Bring your vision to life by selecting the finishes, cabinetry, flooring, and design details that make your home uniquely yours. Once plans, pricing, and specifications are finalized, you'll close on your construction loan, with our team working closely with your lender for a smooth transition to construction.
We handle every step, from permitting and construction to inspections and project coordination, keeping you informed as your dream home comes to life from the ground up. After final inspections and your homeowner orientation, you'll receive the keys and begin making memories in a space built specifically for your family.

Building a home doesn't have to be overwhelming. Our team guides you through budgeting, lot selection, financing, permitting, construction, and final completion. Most Bahnam homes are completed in approximately 6–8 months of construction, helping you move into your new home sooner.
Bahnam Builders is proud to partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to build Florida’s first-ever St. Jude Dream Home Showplace, right here in Cape Coral. This extraordinary, community-driven project brings together local trade partners, vendors, businesses, and national sponsors, all contributing their time, expertise, labor, and materials to bring the home to life.
Once complete, the community will have the chance to tour this beautifully crafted home during a series of open-house events before it’s ultimately sold. Every dollar from the sale benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and its lifesaving mission: Finding cures. Saving children.®
The project kicked off with a community “Lot Pop” celebration, joined by the Mayor of Cape Coral, city officials, and local business and trade partners, marking the start of this historic build.
